1. Agreement
Subsi is operated by Coovee Pty Ltd (ABN 25 686 831 327), based in Sydney, Australia. These terms apply when you start a trial, buy a Plan or use Subsi. The adult who manages the family account is the Account Holder and accepts these terms for their family.
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your family’s information. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Subsi.
2. Your family account
The Account Holder must be at least 18 and have authority to manage the children they add. Keep account details accurate, protect sign-in access and supervise children’s use appropriately. Subsi is designed for families with children in NSW Years 2–6.
You decide who can access each child’s Profile. Children can use a shared device or their own invited sign-in.
3. Plans, trials and cancellation
Web and App Store Plans are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and confirmed before purchase. Weekly figures are price equivalents, not the billing interval. Australian prices include GST where applicable.
One learner covers one learner Profile. Family covers up to five, with no minimum number of learners.
An eligible customer may receive a 14-day free trial. You provide a payment method before the trial, but pay nothing until it ends. Unless you cancel, the trial becomes a paid monthly Subscription at the price confirmed at checkout. If you are not eligible for a trial, payment begins when you purchase.
Web trials are for new subscribers: an Account Holder who has previously had a Subscription is not eligible for another trial. Changing Plans does not provide another trial. For App Store purchases, Apple determines eligibility; only one introductory offer is available per eligible Apple Account in the Subsi subscription group.
You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. On the web, open Billing & invoices on the Family page. For an App Store purchase, use your Apple subscription settings; to avoid a charge after an Apple free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.
For web-payment refunds, contact support@subsi.ai. For App Store refunds, use Apple’s refund service. These routes do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Existing Subscriptions keep their agreed billing terms until a confirmed change. We will give reasonable advance notice of price changes and will not change your price during an initial trial without your agreement.
4. Learning with Subsi
Subsi is an AI tutor that explains ideas, creates learning activities and gives feedback. It can make mistakes. Check important information with a teacher or another reliable source. We do not guarantee particular marks, school results or learning outcomes.
Subsi supports learning alongside people. It is not a companion, carer, emergency service or a substitute for adult supervision or professional medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice.
5. Using Subsi responsibly
Do not use Subsi to harm, exploit, groom, harass, impersonate or deceive anyone, or to unlawfully monitor them. Do not bypass safety or access controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape or resell content, infringe anyone’s rights or access another family’s account without permission.
Only upload material you are entitled to use. Report unsafe behaviour or suspected unauthorised access to support@subsi.ai.
6. Your content and ours
You keep your rights in material you submit. You give us permission to store, process, adapt and display it as needed to run and protect Subsi, including providing AI tutoring.
Our software, branding and authored learning materials belong to Coovee Pty Ltd or its licensors. Your family may use them for personal learning while your account is active. This permission cannot be transferred. AI-generated material may resemble other people’s content; we cannot promise that it is unique or free of third-party rights.
7. Cancelling and deleting your account
Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not delete your family’s Learning Records. You can request account deletion in Subsi or through support. We may verify your identity and authority first.
Subsi cancels a web Subscription before deleting the account. Deleting your Subsi account does not cancel an Apple Subscription. Cancel that separately through Apple to prevent further charges.
The Privacy policy explains deletion and the records that may remain temporarily or need to be retained.
8. Your consumer rights
Our services come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, Subsi is provided on an “as available” basis and we exclude implied terms that may lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or loss caused by misuse, unauthorised access attributable to the Account Holder, or systems outside our reasonable control.
Where the law permits us to limit a remedy for a failure that is not a major failure, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
9. Changes and ending service
We may update Subsi and these terms. We will give reasonable notice and a new effective date when a change materially affects your rights or paid use. Continuing to use Subsi after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
We may restrict or suspend access for safety, suspected misuse, legal requirements or non-payment, acting proportionately where practical. You may end this agreement by cancelling and, if you wish, deleting your account. We may end it with reasonable notice, or immediately where safety, law or serious misuse requires it.
